Dog Grooming

Our grooming department has been fully refreshed with a new team Marlene and Sophia. Marlene leads our grooming department and brings many years of experience through her many years of owning and operating her own salon.  It is our goal to ensure all the dogs have a positive experience when they visit and leave looking amazing. Our difference is through collaboration and the education of the owners about early prevention and the importance of good maintenance practices between visits. Our team is happy to take on pets that need special attention or have specialised coat styles. Some owners find it difficult to groom their dogs so we liaise with the vets on developing a treatment plan so that the dogs have a calm and more enjoyable experience. We also welcome the opportunity to groom dogs that owners have found they can no longer manage due to age, complexity of groom or are simply too busy with other priorities.

One of our team’s daily highlights is watching the dogs getting picked up at the end of their groom, looking happy and refreshed!
